My approach is unlike anything else in the UK. I combine critical reasoning, poetic
thinking, and LEGO® Serious Play into a triple prism that reframes problems through
metaphor, generates distinctive strategic frameworks, and keeps sessions engaging,
enlightening and memorable.


I've spent my career working with language, strategy, and creativity. I'm the author of 11 non-fiction books and have written for the Sunday Times, National Geographic, Carlton Books and Britannica. I'm a prize-winning poet. And I'm a certified LEGO® Serious Play facilitator with experience at every level — from CEOs to youth & frontline teams.


My 2026 white paper Rekindling Human Intelligence makes an evidence-based case
for why we should invest in the human capabilities that over-reliance on AI is diminishing fast. These are metacognition, intersubjectivity, contextual judgement, and embodied understanding.


I'm based in Brighton, and I work with organisations across the UK and internationally.
